We reserve the right to modify or adjust any service to ensure the highest level of quality, safety and client satisfaction.
3. Bookings
All bookings must be requested in advance via:

- Direct contact
A booking is considered confirmed only after written confirmation from Belvedere Privé.
We may request additional details to tailor your experience.
4. Pricing
All prices:
- Are indicative “from” pricing
- May vary depending on:
- Number of passengers
- Specific requirements
- Season and availability
Final pricing will be confirmed upon booking.
5. Payments
Payment terms will be communicated upon confirmation and may include:
- Advance payment
- Full payment prior to service
- Agreed custom arrangements
Belvedere Privé reserves the right to cancel services if payment terms are not met.
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing.
- More than 48 hours before service → full refund
- Less than 48 hours → partial or no refund, depending on arrangements
For bespoke experiences, specific cancellation terms may apply.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:
- Provide accurate booking details
- Be available at the agreed time and location
- Respect local laws and regulations
Delays caused by the client may affect the service and cannot always be accommodated.
8. Liability
Belvedere Privé will make every effort to deliver services as agreed.
However, we are not liable for:
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, border controls or unforeseen circumstances
- Events beyond our control, including force majeure
Our liability is limited to the value of the booked service.
9. Vehicles & Drivers
All services are carried out using premium vehicles and professional drivers.
We reserve the right to substitute vehicles when necessary, while maintaining the same standard of service.
10. Privacy
All client information is treated with the highest level of discretion and used solely for the purpose of delivering our services.
We do not share personal information with third parties without consent, unless required by law.
11. Changes to Terms
Belvedere Privé reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time.
Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updates.
